Fulfillment Policy

This policy describes how True Webmaster LLC delivers services, handles changes, and processes refunds. It applies to all paid engagements.
Service delivery
Each engagement begins with a written scope of work that lists deliverables, timelines, and milestones. We deliver against that scope. Major changes require an updated scope before work continues.
Communication and revisions
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds, listed in the scope of work. We respond to client messages within one business day during support hours (Monday to Friday).
Payments
Most projects require an upfront payment before work begins, with the balance due at defined milestones or on completion. Recurring partnerships are billed monthly in advance. Specific terms are documented in your engagement contract.
Refunds
Because services are custom and time-based, refunds are evaluated case by case. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, contact us first — most issues can be resolved through additional revision rounds. If a refund is warranted, it covers unstarted work and is processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring partnership with 30 days written notice. Project-based engagements may be paused or terminated per the cancellation terms in your contract.
Disputes
We resolve disputes through direct conversation first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Hillsborough County, Florida before pursuing other remedies.
